When I try to workout on my own, I always end up jogging out to coffee and playing on Instagram whilst sitting on a park bench. Although fun, ultimately it's no bueno for my fitness goals. Basically, I want to stay strong enough to keep up with my boys, who are growing in leaps and bounds while literally leaping and bounding.

It was a privilege to snap some portraits of these rockstars in their natural environment at CrossFit Westport over the long weekend. Amy is my go-to for learning and perfecting CrossFit lifts (like snatch work and hang power cleans) and tricks (like pull-ups and toes to bar), Britt has shown me how to do a mean handstand push-up and Adam's StrongFit class has introduced me to my obliques and the power of the sled pull.
So if you wanna add some weight-bearing exercise to your school bus sprints, I highly recommend hanging (lifting, rowing, sandbag tossing) with this power crew!
